    Orders

    To view the history of your orders on Habitat-design.com, log in to your customer account and go to the My Orders section.
    You can track the status of your order in your customer account, in the My Orders section. You can also contact our Customer Service from the contact page.
    To use your voucher on Habitat-design.com, go to the Cart step of your order. Under the Summary section, enter the code in the Enter a discount code field. The total of your order will automatically update according to the amount of your voucher.
    You have a withdrawal period of 30 days from the receipt or pickup of the products ordered. To do this, please submit a request to our Customer Service.

    Delivery

    The dimensions of the packages are listed on each product page of our site. This helps you ensure that the packages can be delivered to your home without difficulty and that the package and product dimensions fit your home constraints (elevator, doors). If you can't find this information, feel free to contact our Customer Service.
    The delivery times are indicated on each product page and mainly depend on the availability of the items. They are calculated in business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) from the order confirmation date. Note that a customizable product will have a longer delivery time, as it is made to order and tailored to your specifications. We take great care to create products that meet the precise requirements of our customers.

    Customer Account

    If you want to change your password, click on Forgot Password during login. Then, enter the email address you used when registering. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    You can update your personal information in your My Account section by going to the Edit My Profile section.
